   Yep, it sure will.

   I believe the EGR tube screws into the manifold though, so you
shouldn't need a plate, just an NPT blockoff; you can remove that whole
EGR tube from the manifold. (I'm not sure what size it is.) (You would
need a plate if you were transplanting a newer intake onto a '92-95
engine.)
