Todd;

Here in California, NM, AZ, some part of Utah are fine with no rust but the
eastern coast I would opt out for the plastic version-painted.

Subject: DML: Chrome bumpers on the SLT any complaints ?(ronniec)

I was asking because, short answer, I wanted to find out how well they
have worn. Also, Steve L. answered the question that was in the back of
my mind, that the chrome is on medal, not plastic. Basically, I'm trying
to decide between the Sport or the SLT.
Is chrome more prone to rust than the black painted bumpers or grill ? I
have been told chrome is tougher than paint.
