Here in Hawaii, no problem running to new cooler and by-passing
existing one, but remember that too cold a transmission and you
will have shifting problems. Running the fluid thru existing (radiator)
cooler, then into new trans cooler. This (according to theory) would
allow for some warm fluid back to trans, rather than totally cooled
fluid.
