Either build or buy a thermoelectric cooler or use dry ice. If you use dry
ice, put at least a 1/2" layer of insulation like newspaper between the ice
on the bottom and the food on top. Explodes soda and beer cans quite
nicely. Don't ask :)
Dry ice is the best and the cheapest. It's a freezer and a refrigerator,
all depends on the amount of insulation between the items and the ice.
Look in your phone book for dry ice or carbonic reserves.
