no its not ok unless you have full time 4wd, you will burn up your t-case and
stress axles ect. part time needs some slippage in 4wd (like a muddy trail) a
short period of time on the highway (1mi) if it was slippery would not hurt
but you cant drive all day with it engaged unless there is ice or mild snow
so the froont and rear slip just a little
