Sure they do, they have separate rockers for each valve just like the
magnum, except they make direct contact with the Cam shaft instead of using
the pushrod to move the rocker. The 4.7L rockers DO "rock" , they don't look
like the magnum rockers but they are rockers!!

They dont really, they have "followers" instead of rockers. Makes sence,
they follow the cam. But you can have, and many companies do have, roller
followers.
