Morning Bernd,
I was wondering if you knew whether or not DC leaves the break-in
compounds in the oil when they assemble the trucks or do they change the oil
once before shipping?

1500 miles sounds about right.

I was wondering if there's a consensus on when the oil should be chainged
for the first time. I'm almost to 1k miles, was thinking of 1500 for the
first to get the break-in metal particles out of the system.

What about the rest of the fluids? How long should I wait for the diffs and
transfer case?

Also, I'm going to switch to synthetic, was thinking at the 9k oil change
should be about right?

Thanks..

-Curt
