I don't know where you are getting that 9007 are 100Watters... BUT anyways,

As for the Overwattage bulbs, GO FOR IT, the clears(not blue) kick ass I am
still trying to find some in 9004 version... I have White Wizzard 9004
80/100Watt THEY SUCK ASS, unless its totally dry. Weather can't see em at
all, so I got foglights there GREAT!
Anyways see if you can get some Overwattage CLEAR bulbs, lemme know if ya
find some...
