That is incorrect statement. Beside boring oversize, along with the .30
oversize pistons and forged pistons for 10.5 compression (to include mods to
the A/F TB, sensors , heads mods etc.) will gained more horsepower but
utilizing the higher fuel consumption along with rough idle.

I doubt you'd get much, if anything. Increasing bore will just cause more
surface area for losses. Lots more wash down passed the rings, more crevice
volume, yada yada yada.
