The only problem with everything is the summint catalog states that the
shocks are pinion corrected for the dakotas. When you get them they are made
by ground force and i've never heard anything bad about them. The ones I got
sure don't look like they are corrected but i'm going to stick a tape
measure on them tomorrow and see. I am also going to call ground force since
they made the kit and they offer a tech line. See what they have to say.
Finally, I thought they were steel but I was wrong, they are made out of
cast iron exactly the same as an engine block so hopefully they will last a
little longer. I want the shackles but would like to try out the blocks
first. BTW, I know Jon posted how to make a set of spring clamps but since I
don't have access to anyone who can do it I just ordered the set that is in
the MP catalog from Koller Dodge. If interested the part # is P4120470 and
they were a few cents over $20 bucks. I of course had to spend extra and pay
for 2nd day air so I overpaid for them in a major way......oh well.
