Anything goofy happening with engine temperature?
Pull the plugs and see if you have a EXTRA clean one....could be a head gasket.
Also,
If you see a puff of smoke when you start the truck and the spark knock is
random, you may have a blown intake belly pan gasket. No biggie there.
