Jon,
   I must have missed that article (power tip #5). I assume you are referring
to the April 2000 issue. What page? I went back and dug all through the darn
thing and still couldn't find it - in fact - couldn't find ANY power tips???
The top gun nitrous setup and the crane 1.7 roller rockers looked pretty sweet
tho 8-))
