I currently have a Pioneer DEH45DH CD Deck, Pioneer 6.5" 2way Speakers,
Pioneer 5x7" 3way Speakers. I dont have factory speakers, I wouldnt even
think about hooking an amp up to the stock speakers. The factory speakers
were a joke once I got them out and looked at them. I am not going for some
thumpin boom glass shakin bass either, I just want to have the ability to
listen to my music in my truck at higher levels. The Pioneer system does a
great job at lower to medium levels, but once I crank it up alot, like on
the highway, the music distorts and doesnt sound as good as it does at lower
levels. I thought an amp would be able to produce better quality sounding
music at all sound levels, and givce me the higher levels I want. Thanks,
Kyle
