Lubricate the tracks with silicone spray. It comes in a spray can and has a
little straw/tube thingey like WD=40 so you can direct the spray where you
want it. It will keep the tracks lubricated longer than anything else,
doesn't attract dirt like WD=40 and is slicker than owl...uh, guano.
