Amps are built using bunches of electronic parts. A certain combination of
parts and a certain design will yield an amp that is "stable" (read as
won't melt, blow up or start spinning in circles) to a certain ohm
level. Lower ohm ratings generally mean a better amp.

For your case, it doesn't really matter since you won't be doing anything
fancy with your speaker setup. You are going for four 4 ohms speakers on
a 4 channel amp. So, each channel will see one 4 ohm speaker. The only
time the ohm ratings usually matter is when hooking up multiple subwoofers
to a single channel.

That amp's power rating is probably conservative... So, if you do go for
it, be careful of the volume levels, the problem would probably be thermal
overload of the speakers before distortion would show up.
