Agreed. When I get pulled over, I roll down the (electric) windows (if
you have cranks, don't bother rolling down the pass. side one as the
officer will wonder what you're doing.) :-) I also shut off the engine,
take the keys out of the ignition, and set them on top of the dash. I turn
on the dome light, and sit there with my hands at 10 and 2 and wait...
