Hi DML
Just joined list; wanted to introduce myself. Mike Koch in
North Tonawanda, Western NY (between Buffalo & Niagara Falls). Also belong
to the MML (71 Challenger R/T). I don't have a Dakota as of yet but I'm
obsessively looking. I'm looking at either a used 97-00 4x4 CC SLT or biting
the bullet and buying new. The truck will be my daily driver to/from work
around 50mi round trip so gas mileage is a concern.
My question: is the 4.7L a reliable V8/match trans--does
anyone have one with high mileage. I've driven the 4.7 and am very
impressed.
Also want to thank Todd Abernathy's Buying Price response,
very helpful info in my situation.
Well hopefully I can contribute to the list members in the
