What? Both my thermostat housings came with nice chrome hold-down bolts. You
must have got the expensive mopar straight-up version. In that case - you

Bet you are dying to get some track time - I know I am. My GTechPro hasn't got
here yet and the local track closed last Thur. due to high wind and low temps
(it snowed today). I'm considering staying in Memphis 2 days extra (working)
this coming week just to run at that darn track (NHRA 1/4) that killed me last
time. I'm dying to post my before (bad MAP) and after times at the same track.
I still can't believe I whooped all those chevy trucks with my truck running
worse than it ever had.
I just got some more goodies from MP today - 2-5/8 fuel pressure gauge (the one
w/the cool pentastar and MP logo) for the cowl panel, tranny cooling line temp
gauge adapter manifold (don't buy this - you can make one cheaper), and 4x4 rear
fenderwell liners. I also picked up the 2000 MP catalog. Saw a cool new (at
least 4 extra quart) aluminum finned tranny pan w/2 drain holes - it wasn't
cheap. They had 1 more magnum camshaft than last year - 295 duration 512 lift.
Also saw the new aluminum magnum cylinder heads - wow! - costly too! Bare
magnum heads actually went down to around $150 - cool! Assembled were higher
and ported even higher than last years prices.
