I where you on what type of sway bar you plan to purchase, I would stick
with something that already been proven by someone on this DML list. Not
all sway bars are built alike for performance.

Subject: DML: Mike. sway bar!
Hey Mike and everyone!
Unfortunately where I live there aren't too many Dodge dealers to choose
from (Northern Ontario)! Maybe I'll try Koller Dodge. I notice
carparts.com have a sway bar for around $125. I order from Summit quit a
bit but never from carparts.com. Anybody have a bad experience with them?

Dave welcome to the list, glad to see another Gen II owner!
I've got a '93 and no front bar on it. I checked once with my local
dealer and the brackets you speak of were about $50.00 for both. You
should try a different dealer. Try Koller Dodge www.kollerdodge.com
they are usually one of the cheapest sources for dealer type items.
