Well, the first stage of the Intake Manifold modifications are complete.
(1) The Intake Ports matched to the heads and smoothed slightly
(2) The Intake Runners have no more casting flash on the tips and the ends
have all been radiused
(3) All casting flash has been removed from the top, sides, bottom, and
inside of the Intake Manifold.
(4) The Intake Manifold has been bead blasted (Just for clean up)
(5) The Intake Plenum Divider has been milled down 2" below the runners.
(6) Hi-Flow (Matched) 19# Injectors installed (Yeah....Ford Motorsport)
This Friday everything is going back together and being fired up (hoping
that all goes well the first time around).
