On my Ford Explorer they tell you to just unhook the inlet tranny cooler
line and have some gallon jugs ready and then start the engine, as the
tranny pumps fluid to the cooler, fill up the gallon jugs and dump in the
same amount in the fill hole that is comming out, when it comes out clean
you are done. I never tried it but guys on-line say it works good.
Of course you need 3 people, one to dump fluid in and one to run the hose
into the gallon jugs and one to run the car. If you get ahead of the guy
pouring in you are to shut the car off till you catch up and then start it
again.
Don't know if Mopar trannies will let you do this or not.
