I used a Sony explod 5 channel amp (18"x 12" x 2"). There was no where
this amp would fit in the truck. I had a bracket made that stands up in the
footwell behind the drivers seat to mount the amp to. I gave up the
footwell, but hey, its for audio i never dreamed of. I have no kids and no
one ever rides back there. Plus there is a EQ for the front, rear and
the subs that can be adjusted, so i wanted easy access to the amp.
