At a minimum, the dealer should check the specs of the
O2 sensor, TPS sensor, IAT sensor and ECT sensor, fuel
injectors conditions, fuel pressure.
In the more traditional areas, they should be testing
the ignition system (coil ouput, spark plugs & wires, etc.)
and condition of the air filter ... anything that could
cause a richer mixture.
