MP cam installed/MSD questions

I got my truck back today. I had the MP cam, lifters, valve springs,
retainers, and double-roller timing chain installed. My truck now has a
totally different personality. :-) There is definitely a low-end torque
loss, but not in a bad way, at least not with my gearing. Its almost like
the bottom-end is just right, though softer than before. I can launch at
2000 and just barely spin the tires... it just launches hard now. The
midrange and top end power is incredible. The truck is literally still
pulling at 5,200rpm! I'm scared to take it higher than that though.
Acceleration and throttle response is MUCH improved!

Now that I've got my truck wanting to rev, and the beefed up valve
springs to let it rev, I'm worried about one thing.... over-revving,
especially since I've got a 5-speed. I'm considering installing an MSD-6AL
with a 5200-5400rpm rev-limiter chip to prevent disaster. Has anyone done
this? I understand that there is a great power increase, too along with
better mileage. I would install it with an Accel Super Coil, Accel coil
adaper (so I wouldn't have to cut the stock harness for the MSD), and at
least 8mm plug wires. I would also gap my current Autolite 5224's to .050.
Is this a good idea with my other mods?
