positive offset is from the centerline to the outside
of the truck....negative is from the centerline in
towards the suspension.

most 8" have a 12mm to around 25mm offset for the
dakotas...or 5" to 5.5" backspacing.

not sure about the 15x6, though...I have a set at home
that are off the truck...I will look in a couple of
weeks.
