Kyle,
    I have the 3" trailmaster kit on my Dakota. The kit came with the
blocks (6 cab and 8 bed), an extension rod and boot for the transfer case
shifer, an extension for the shifter linkage and directions. It didn't have
front bumper relocation brackets but the instrunctions had a template for
drilling new holes in the existing brackets to raise the front bumper.
There was nothing for the rear but I have a roll pan so I didn't care.

I don't see why you couldn't machine one inch blocks yourself. The blocks
will sit between the body and the top of the rubber mount. The rubber mount
actually has a metal bushing and cap on it. See my dakota page for the
problems I had with that. It'll save you alot of hassel.
