Cool gearshift knob

Found a cool gearshift knob (especially for 4x4 types) reviewed on
off-road.com.

The threads on the main gearshift lever are metric 10mm diameter with
1.5mm thread pitch (at least on '96, I would assume all models are the
same). Anyone know off hand if the transfer case knob is the same?
