Disconnect the NEG terminal from the battery, turn your key to the START
position and hold for about 15 seconds, turn key off and reconnect your
battery. (You'll have to reset all the stations and time on your radio as
well.) That's been the standard practice for a long time.

Nice and simple,
What is the most complete and accurate way to reset the computer.
I recently put the Quick-D TB in my Dak and I left the negative connection
off for about 2 hours. When I hooked evrything back up, my radio still had
the button settings in memory. I realize this is unrelated to the engine,
but thought it may signify that the reset may not have been complete.
