MSD DIS won't work (8 coils on 4.7). Plus other functions are already handled (can't get rid of factory rev-limiter/speed limit, Supercharger has separate computer for advance/retard/anti-detonation functions). Just looking for hotter spark.
Don't even know that I need it, just tryin' the basics (--intake, ignition, exhaust) to get all I can out of this without opening the engine. (no use to open the engine, nothing new available to put in)
I've got an e-mail in to MSD asking for info for my application. no response yet

from MSD's website
With its two channels, the MSD Digital DIS-2 is designed for use on all 4-cylinder applications using 2 coils, while the DIS-4 can be used on all 6 and 8-cylinder engines with three or four coils.
