Stage 1: Mainly for Towing and a mild performance increase - Regular
Unleaded and stock T'Stat - Emissions Legal
Stage 2: More aggressive timing curve, higher and firmer shift points
(automatics only), and requires 92 octane fuel and a 180 degree T'Stat. -
Not Emissions Legal - Offroad Use Only (Yeah....right) ;)

That's the easiest way to describe it.
