Nowhere. There's no such thing. The best thing I've found for maintaining a
lock that's out in the elements is silicone spray. It's not a dirt magnet
like WD-40 or other oil based sprays. Just take a few minutes several times
a year to work the lock and respray. That's what I do and I've never had
any problems.
