I called the Champion Plug tech line and explained the plug color to the
guy, he immediately confirmed what I thought it was, Fuel additive. He also
said that it was normal and as long as performance, drivability, or mileage
was not effected not to worry about it. Don't know what a green color would
be, last time I saw green on a plug it was on a 3.8L mustang with blown head
gaskets!! yipes!!!!!!!

My plugs also had the red color, my were more green, with red specks all
over them. One of the plugs even had a piece of the porcelian cracked off on
the side that is in the engine. Anybody know what these colors are?
