WOW! the front fascia is what makes the Ram/Dakota. I hope they didn't mess
it up. It wouldn't hurt for them to change the HVAC controls. My Dodge
Caravan has it the correct way. I can turn on the air conditioning and have
it come out on all the vents. QC is the way to go. I love it. I think
SLT+ puts just about everything on it. How about 4-wheel ABS?

Have not been on the list for quite some time. Hello everyone.
Ordered a new QC to replace my current '97CC on 4/13/00 (order did not go to
Dodge until 4/15/00). Got a heads-up from my salesman last week that he
thought Chrysler canceled the order (already new it was on restriction
because they do not have enough 4.7L motors) and told me to call Chrysler to
verify as I had my VON#.
Well Chrysler canceled all QC orders taken after 4/12/00 with the exception
of a few configurations. The rep' I spoke with had just received the sales
codes for the 2001 QC and told me there would be a few changes.
* Leather interior available with bucket seat/console setup
* New premium radio
* More interior colors
* 16 x 8 wheels w/60 series tires (T/H package 4x4)
* Front fascia change (he did not know specifics)
* 6 more controls for radio on steering wheel
* New aerodynamic heated fold away mirrors
* New dash configuration (changed HVAC control layout)
Anyone have inside info on when a Dealer may receive the sales codes, so I
can place my order for a 2001? I originally ordered everything (except auto
trany/fulltime 4x4), on an SLT+, 4x4, 4.7L, 5spd, 3.92SG, Amber Fire Mist
two tone.
Any input from current QC owners?
