When you bought your vehicle you should have received a "Tire Inflation
Pressures" pamphlet (written by DC)which describes the GVWR and GAWR along
with the recommended weights and inflation pressures. On top of that your
owner's manual contains the various payloads you can carry.

Subject: DML: Re: Weight Ratings?
I have a 2000 CC 3.9L Sport, and it is a 2WD with the 3.55 rear end.
The tire and handling group supposedly boosts the cargo capacity to
1450lb instead of 1250. Does anyone know if I can find the "Dodge
Towing Guide" online someplace? The only info I've ever found is the
standard and maximum towing ratings. This doesn't help me, because I
know I'm just somewhere in between there for my particular
configuration.
If I check my window sticker, it gives me those acronyms (GVWR, GAWR,
or whatever) and I don't know what those mean, so that doesn't help me
too much either.
Thanks for your help to those who replied, though. Any more
explanation you can provide?
