Hi Ed,

You may just have to put up with it. Some cats are worse than others. The
sulphur smell is the result of what the converter does. It makes hydrogen
sulfide, usually from a rich fuel mixture. This generally happens when your
engine is cold. There are cars, however, where this is a normal condition
all the time. So chk your fuel mixture, if it's ok, then you've got a
smelly cat....sorry :-(.
