The rear gears are meant for that 170MPH highway driving. If he was to put
in the 4.10:1 or 4.30:1 then it will be a different story. Then there the
tire spinning with street tires and no slicks was used. I would expect at
least low 11 or high 10. The 0-60 around 4.2 or less.

Gearing for performance is a must but most Rustang drivers don't seem to get
it - those 3.08:1 gears are to slow for that hard launching. It was meant
to cruise the highway.

My bro in law has a 99 T/A with a few (under $1000 in mods) running 13.1 in
90* temps...
That has an esitmated 300-320 RWHP, with the 3.23 Gear (I think thats GM's)
If you ask me, that friend needs help with traction =) (Bro pulled a 1.9
60' on his STOCK tires, and its an auto tranny, launching at 1000 RPMS)
