The creator of the R/T list is Niles Parr. It's his list, he created
it, it's up to him to allow non-R/T owners on the list. So really,
what I think about the subject is irrelevant.

Yeah, but so do a bunch of people here. I'm not kidding, there is
just as much if not more information like you're referring to right
here on the DML, you don't *need* the R/T list. A lot of us R/T
owners are here too. So why does the R/T list exist? Because someone
created it and R/T owners joined.

The R/T list is not a list about R/T's, it's a list for R/T owners. I
realize some people feel a list should not exist just for owners. I'm
sorry they feel that way, but there's nothing I can do about it, it's
not my list. I can tell you this, if the R/T list let all Dakota
owners on, then it truly would be redundant to the DML, and a lot of
people would quit subscribing to it. After all, what would be the
point in having two separate all Dakota lists?

It's not a matter of not being good enough. It's a matter of meeting
certain criteria for joining. You're not one of us because you don't
own an R/T. Big deal. It doesn't mean you're not as good as we are,
it just means you don't own an R/T. Well, I don't own a Viper so I'm
not a member of the Viper club. Does that mean the Viper folks are
better than I am? No way! They're just faster. :-)
