RE: Fender Mounted Blaster Coil

I don't know what year your Dak is but mine has the stock coil in front of
the engine on the passenger side so my stock wire from dist, to coil was
quite long and would reach the fender by PCM as well. I have not yet
received my blaster SS coil or MSD ignition for that matter, but I will be
mounting there also. I have, however, already changed my ignition (spark
plug) wires and the new set I ordered (custom MSD 8.5mm) came with the coil
wire as long if not a bit longer than the original stock wire. I guess you
have a couple options. 1) You can go to a speed shop and buy a single
custom length wire, probably will be expensive, comparably speaking. 2) You
can buy a set of heavier duty ignition wires, e.g., Magnecor, MSD, Jacobs,
Accel, etc. (8.0 mm or larger). I would choose option 2 if you haven't
already changed your wires out. Stronger coil needs better wires.

Hey all.I need help finding a single lead spark plug wire that is long
enough to
reach my newly mounted blaster ss coil. There wasn't a lot of mounting
options
so had to mount it next to the PCM kinda far from the distributor. Any
ideas?
