my old dog has been with me for 11 years, he's a male boxer and weighs in
right at 105 pounds, last winter i noticed an odd growth along his bottom
lip...the vet cut a piece and sent it off, results came back cancerous, but
at the same time, he tested positive for heartworms also...our vet is a
trusted longtime family friend and he is convinced that he couldn't possibly
survive both treatments, and when either starts to get him down, he will have
to be put to sleep...good luck again, and be thankfully that it was found
while something could be done...take care Heather...
