It is a Kenne Bell whipplecharger. Everything that kenne bell offers with
the kit is included and in working order. There is a plenum gasket and
intake manifold gaskets that are missing, some wires for sensor relocation
and two throttle body gaskets.
I think you would be better off using RTV on the plenum and you can get the
wires and throttle body and intake gaskets anywhere. I currently am having
trouble locating the instruction manual, but I won't sell it without it.
It includes all adapter manifolds in billit alluminum, optimiser computer,
two aux 50 lbs/hr injectors, a knock sensor to retard timing if you get any
detonation, 180 therm and a cold air induction kit with k&n type cone
filter.
I will tell you after I installed it it felt like I put a big block in. Lots
of torque and excelleration at all rpm. I have ridden in some centrifugal
supercharged cars and trucks. They did run great but lacked the throttle
response of the twin screw by a long shot. If you were to drive both I
think you would lean toward the twin screw over a centrifugal.
This will be especially true if you ever pull loads with your truck. The
whipple will excell on a magnum motor. It may be a little harder to keep
from spinning you tires with all the extra low end torque the whipple makes
over a centrifugal. My buddy has a cobra mustang with a vortech and it
feels slow until 4000 rpm. This is the rpm magnum motors start to die at.
I could just pull away from him off the line, but he would catch up.
