Just noticed something that I had written....

When you put the intake valve up on the cam, adjust the exhaust side.
(Sounds a little confusing in what I wrote.) You adjust the opposite valve
of the one that's up on the cam for each cylinder. If the intake is on the
cam, adjust the exhaust and vice-versa.

Hand tighten the lock nuts on each rocker and spin the engine with the
starter (without plugs in it of course) to get the oil flowing through the
pushrods and up onto the rockers. Then turn the crank by hand to put the
intake valve up on the cam lobe (we started with #1). Then, gently spin the
pushrod between your fingers while tightening down the lock nut. Once you
feel the pushrod starting to get tighter, turn the locknut 1/4 turn more and
lock it. Then, do the same for the intake side (exhaust valve up on the
cam)...then, each cylinder following that procedure. It's much easier to do
this without the plugs in so I can't stress enough: Pull the plugs out
while swapping out the rocker arms.
