5224s are the same range as the stock plugs. Try the 5223s and see if
it helps the pinging. If they lessen the pinging a little and you
haven't put in a 180F tstat, try the tstat next.

If it pings a lot, you may have to have the computer reflashed
(it'll retard the timing and will cost some power loss though).
