Buying Dakota--PosiTraction??

I found a Dakota 4x4 Sport ClubCab 4.7/4spd Auto to buy and it's loaded
except it doesn't have the PosiTraction rear end. I will use this truck
for towing and am concerned that maybe I should just hold off for a truck
with the PosiTraction. Any opinions??
