May seem excessive to some, but I bought two K&N filters, that way I always
have one clean.
Pop out the dirty one, put a clean one right in and then clean the dirty one
when I have the time. I find I change mine much more frequently with this
method... otherwise it would get only get cleaned about once a year!

fyi - On k&N's website it states to only clean it 25 times before a
replacement is recommended.
