My '99 has 2 hooks in the floor under the rubber plugs. I don't think
GenIIIs ever had stake pockets; can't speak to GenIIs or earlier. If
your bedliner is a spray-in, and they plugged the tie-downs...I dunno
what to tell you. If you have a drop-in, start cutting.
