I have the idle search problem with my 2001 4.7, 5spd. 4x2. check this
out though. If I am on cruise control and hit a hard bump like going over a
rough rail road track it will disengage the cruise control. Then you just hit
resume and back it goes to the setting. have you checked this out in yours?
