i just finished a 400mi rd trip pull with a loaded 16' all steel duall axle
trailer weighing in at 2800lbs unloaded, the truck was loaded with three
adults lots of gear ect the trailer had some wood and an old heavy cub-cadet
riding mower on it headed down 77S in ohio and near marietta through very
twisty steep hills ect, the dak pulled well considering most non highway
driving in the twisties was in 3rd with all hills in 2nd- they are very steep
we had to be at the weight limit with no problems whatso ever she still runs
strong with 160k mi. on her only could pull long grades on 77 in 4th at about
55mph- coming back the bed was loaded with rocks!!! bye the way this is a '94
ext cab 4x4 V6 5speed
