I, for one think you should make life miserable for this dealer. Just
make sure you never take your truck back to this dealer for service. Notify
Chrysler also of the situation. I live in Alabama and I know for a fact that
he would be in deep doggie doo if he sold it without papers. It would remain
tagless for ever in this state.
