What about stripping the parts and sell it as is?

The OEs do this when they donate vehicles for projects. We had a brand new
GMC Sierra with all kinds of stuff on it. GM had a truck pick it up 3 weeks
ago and it was to be crushed upon it's
return to GM as well.
They used to sell 'Test Mules' and experimental cars, but the lawyers got
involved. Too much liability.
