There was no change made to the engine. The 4800rpm redline on the
98/99 R/T is fake. That's why the MP PCM for the 99 R/T raises the
shift point to 5200, because it's safe to do so. The real redline for
all R/T's is 5500. That's why I ran mine up to 5500 on the dyno the
last time I went, even though my "redline" on the tach is 4800.
